About
Cases on Record explains public records about auto insurance and accidents, injury lawsuits, and debt and loans in plain language.
We read court opinions, government consumer-complaint databases and vehicle safety recalls, and turn them into short articles that link back to every source. The goal is to help readers understand what the public record actually says — not to give advice about anyone’s own situation.
How articles are made
Each article starts from public sources listed at the bottom of the page. A draft is written with the help of an AI model, checked against the sources by automated rules, and reviewed by an editor before it is published. See our editorial policy and sources pages for details.
